As K&Y Wine House, our core belief is that the production of perfect wine starts in the vineyard, not in the cellar. Cappadocia's volcanic and mineral-rich soils give the vines a unique character.
We are only tasked with bottling this miracle offered by nature in the purest and most respectful way. By blending traditional methods with modern winemaking techniques, we aim to reflect the spirit of the region in every glass.
The region's unique climate – hot and sunny during the day, cool at night – allows the grapes to ripen slowly and with ideal acidity. Our cellar, carved out of tuff rocks, is one of the most perfect natural environments in the world for our wines to rest, with its temperature and humidity remaining constant throughout the year.
Winemaking is an art that requires patience. We show great care in every stage, from the careful selection and pressing of grapes to their aging in oak barrels. Waiting for the right time is allowing the wine to tell its own story.
